FORM 2-5 ADMISSION APPLICATION

Applicants have to take admission tests. Selection will be based on the admission interview and the applicant’s previous academic and non-academic achievements.

Application Process

1. Application forms can be obtained from the following channels:

• Visit the General Office during office hours.

• Download the application form from the school website. (Click here to download the form)

2. Submission of application form:

• Return it to school in person or by post.

3. The selection of eligible applicants for admission interviews will be based on the applicant’s latest qualification documents and the information provided.

4. The Admission interview is usually arranged within 14 working days after receipt of the application form. For applications during the summer holidays, the written test is arranged in late July.

5. Interviews will be arranged for candidates who pass the admission test.

6. Successful applicants will need to complete the registration formalities.

7. Office hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am to 5:30pm

• Saturdays: 9:00am to 12:30pm
