On 27 May afternoon, Secondary 5 Tourism and Hospitality students visited The Harbour Grand, Hong Kong, to gain a deeper understanding of hotel operations through an on-site experience. Students toured various facilities, including the restaurant and deluxe guest rooms, to learn how high-quality services are delivered to guests. In addition, staff from the Human Resources Department introduced the roles of different departments, entry requirements, and possible career pathways in the hospitality industry. This meaningful visit broadened students’ horizons and helped them better plan their future studies and career development.
