Prefect Training Camp 2026: “New Prefect Force, Leading the Course!”
The Prefect Training Camp was successfully held from October 2 to October 3, 2026, welcoming a fine cohort of 24 prefect-designates this year. Through a series of meticulously designed problem-solving activities, these future leaders demonstrated exceptional teamwork and successfully cultivated the essential qualities of school leadership.
Throughout the camp, they overcame one challenge after another through effective communication, mutual support, and personal fortitude. They learned that as team members, they must look past individual differences and collaborate with a positive mindset to achieve shared goals. Concurrently, they discovered that true leadership requires humility, leading by example, active listening, and continuous self-reflection.
Although the two-day, one-night camp has come to a successful close, this experience marks only the beginning of the team’s transformation. While a few individuals could not attend, we are confident that the trained prefects will bring the spark of unity and leadership wisdom back to campus, inspiring and guiding their peers to forge an inseparable team.
It is our sincere hope that upon their official inauguration, these prefect-designates will continue to display strong team spirit and outstanding leadership, serving as role models for their fellow schoolmates. We are fully confident that they will work hand in hand to maintain campus order with justice, care, and professionalism, becoming an indispensable pillar of our school!
