This Yuen Long family farm trip was planned and led by Secondary Four Tourism and Hospitality Studies students. The students were responsible for designing the itinerary and serving as tour guides, putting their classroom knowledge into practice. Activities included completing worksheets, participating in workshops, tasting poon choi, and making tea cakes. Parents and students strengthened their bonds through interaction, creating a joyful and harmonious atmosphere.
